The plan
- Start, US$24 a month. Your workspace, its first brand and two connections: any two of the accounts Figlix posts to, such as an Instagram account and a Facebook Page. Brings 3,000 AI credits a month.
- Add a connection, US$8 a month. One more account Figlix can post to for a brand. Brings 500 AI credits a month.
- Add a brand, US$15 a month. Another brand, with its own Brand Brain, personas, campaigns, calendar and connections. Brings 1,000 AI credits a month.
Everyone in your workspace shares the credits every part of the plan brings. People are free: invite whoever you need.
AI credits
Every time Figlix drafts, rewrites or makes a picture, the run takes credits. How many depends on how much work it is and the effort you choose. The Usage page shows what each recent run took. Measured on Figlix’s own runs in September 2026:
- One post for one channel, at Medium: about 2 credits
- One post for one channel, at High: about 7 credits
- One picture, at Medium: about 16 credits
- One picture, at High: about 45 credits
- A campaign strategy, at Extra: about 90 credits
Topping up
If you need more in a month, buy a pack. Bought credits are used after your plan’s credits, and stay until you use them.

Or let Figlix top up for you. Save a card, and when your plan’s credits are used up and your bought credits fall below a number you choose (2,000 unless you change it), Figlix buys the pack you picked. You set the most it may buy in a month: 3 unless you change it, and never more than 20. If a card is declined or a price changes, automatic top-ups pause and tell you, and nothing is charged until you turn them back on.
Refunds
An unused credit pack can be refunded in full within 14 days. Write to support@figlix.com with the date you bought it.
Questions
Do prices include tax?
Yes. Every price is the total you pay. Where tax applies, such as GST in Australia, it is already inside the price, and your receipt shows it. A business can add its ABN or VAT number at checkout.
What currency do you charge in?
US dollars. Your bank converts the charge if your card is in another currency.
How do I pay?
By card, on Stripe's secure payment page. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach Figlix.
What happens when I add a connection or a brand in the middle of a month?
Its credits join your pool straight away. Your next bill charges for the rest of this month, then the full price from there on.
What happens when I remove one?
It comes off your next bill, with a credit for the unused part of this month. The credits it brought stay in this month's pool. You cannot remove a connection that is still connected; disconnect it first.
Do unused credits roll over?
Included credits do not: they reset at the start of each calendar month (UTC). Credits you buy in a pack stay until you use them or close the workspace.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Figlix stops making new drafts and pictures until your credits reset or you buy a pack. Nothing already made is touched, and you can keep approving and posting.
Can I stop one brand from using all the credits?
Yes. On the Usage page, an owner or admin can give any brand a monthly limit. Once that brand's runs reach it, Figlix stops making new drafts and pictures for it until next month, and the other brands carry on. A limit of 0 stops AI for that brand for the month.
Am I charged for a run that fails?
No. A run that fails, or never starts, takes no credits.
Can I get a refund?
An unused credit pack can be refunded in full within 14 days of buying it. Write to support@figlix.com with the date you bought it. A refund removes the credits it paid for.
How do I cancel?
On the Usage page, cancel the plan. It stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then ends. Everything Figlix wrote for you stays yours.
