What it can do, and what it cannot
- Read your brands, and what is waiting for review
- Read your posts, ads, briefs and scripts, and where their lines came from
- Read which channels are connected, and Figlix's own counts
- Write, change or delete anything
- Approve anything, or post anything
- Reach another workspace, or another person's access
How it is kept safe
- You sign in to Figlix yourself and choose the workspace on Figlix's own page; the app never sees your password, and it asks for one permission, figlix:read.
- Figlix shows the app's name, where its details come from and where it will send you back, and warns you when that is an app on your own computer.
- An app's access lasts 60 minutes at a time and is renewed with a key that changes every time it is used; a key used twice ends the app's access.
- An app reads only what your role in that workspace lets you read, checked on every request, and stops the moment you leave the workspace.
- Figlix keeps only a hash of each key, never the key, and records each read the app makes.
- Disconnect an app at any time in Settings, under Connected apps.
